DEFENCE HEALTH MAINTENANCE LTD

The Board of Directors of Defence Health Maintenance Limited at its 11th meeting held on the 17th June 2010 unanimously approved by ratification the appointment of the incumbent Managing Director - Surgeon Commodore BA Sanni (Rtd), for a second term.

The Managing Director wishes to express his profound gratitude and appreciation to the Company’s Board and Stakeholders who have contributed in no small measure to the success in the operation of the Scheme in the military.

Accordingly, the Managing Director is appealing to Stakeholders to redouble their efforts at ensuring that statutory obligations of the Company to the providers and enrollees are met.
